To best ensure the treatments you want are available at the time you desire, we strongly suggest making reservations well in advance of your visit. Availability of treatments and prices are subject to change without prior notification. When booking your reservation please advise us if you have high blood pressure, allergies, and other physical ailment or disabilities. A credit card number is required at the time you book your appointment.
First time guests, please fill out consultation intake forms that are emailed to you prior to your arrival. You may arrive ten minutes prior to your appointment, this will allow you to fully unwind, enjoy a complimentary beverage and enjoy your treatment. Unfortunately, late arrivals cannot receive an extension of the scheduled treatments. If at anytime during your services you experience discomfort, please alert your therapist immediately.
As a courtesy to other spa guests and the spa’s therapist, all cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to appointment. For packages, a 48 hour cancellation notice is needed. For groups, a 72 hour cancellation notice. If less than the cancellation time is given, 50% of service price for the treatment will be billed. No-shows will result in 90% of full service price of the treatment being billed 15 minutes passed scheduled appointment time. A credit card number is required at the time appointment is booked.
Gratuities are not included in the service and are entirely at the discretion of the guest. Recommended standard gratuity is 15-20%. Gratuity is accepted in both cash and credit form. Our licensed professionals always appreciate gratuities.
Gift cards are redeemable for all services and product. Gift cards are at face value. Gift cards may be purchased by phone, online or within the Skin Spa. Skin Spa gift cards are not redeemable for cash and are non-refundable.
Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent. No children are allowed in spa unless receiving a service.
Discontinue using all retinoids, alpha hydroxy acids, or other exfoliants 3 days prior to your treatment. This ensures the health of your skin and best outcome of your service.
SSales on services and packages are final. Sales on product are given 14 days from date of purchase to exchange or receive a spa credits, products must be in original packaging and not opened to receive exchange or credit. Any opened or used products are not eligible for exchange or return.
